Nguyên nhân gây đau thắt lưng kéo dài
Hầu như ai cũng phải nếm chải vài ba cơn đau vùng thắt lưng trong suốt cuộc đời mình. Có nhiều nguyên nhân gây nên tình trạng này, nhưng nếu tình trạng đau thắt lưng kéo dài từ 3 tháng trở lên và tái phát nhiều lần thì được gọi là đau thắt lưng kéo dài và cần điều trị.
Dưới đây là một số nguyên nhân chính gây đau thắt lưng mạn tính:

Do công việc thường xuyên phải nâng, vác vật nặng, ngồi hoặc đứng nhiều.
– Đeo túi xách, ba lô thường xuyên ở một bên vai.
– Tập thể dục, chơi thể thao quá sức.
– Bệnh lý về cột sống: Thoái hóa cột sống, thoát vị đĩa đệm, gai cột sống,…
– Chế độ ăn uống thiếu dinh dưỡng, đặc biệt là canxi, magiê,…
Cải thiện đau thắt lưng kéo dài như thế nào?
Để khắc phục chứng đau thắt lưng kéo dài, bạn cần thực hiện các biện pháp sau:
– Massage: Người bị đau vùng thắt lưng nên được massage, xoa bóp hàng ngày để giảm thiểu cơn đau nhức. Massage giúp khí huyết tại vùng đau nhức được đả thông, cơ bắp giảm co cứng.
– Châm cứu: Tác động vào các huyệt vị giúp giảm đau nhức hiệu quả, nhưng chỉ có tác dụng tạm thời.
– Chế độ dinh dưỡng hợp lý: Cần giảm bớt chất béo bão hòa trong khẩu phần ăn. Thay vào đó là bổ sung thêm nhiều chất béo giàu omega-3 như các loại cá hay hạt óc chó,… Bạn cũng cần nạp đủ lượng canxi và magie cho cột sống chắc khỏe.
– Dùng thuốc giảm đau: Đây cũng là biện pháp thường được áp dụng, giúp giảm đau nhức hiệu quả nhưng chỉ tạm thời mà lại có nhiều tác dụng không mong muốn.
